T-Shirt Outer Layer With Opening in the Front to the Neck

Outer Layer T-Shirt to be worn with your Tank Top. This T-Shirt acts like a Cover Up, Second Layer. This Red T-Shirt Outer Layer is made of 100% Polyester. The split front edges are laced with Polyester 3/8" Red Velvet Ribbon. There are bows made of the same ribbon with 3/4" diameter faux pearl/rhinestone buttons applied to their centers. Modifications on this T-Shirt were all done by hand. The T-Shirt is a size XL, but the design is meant to be oversized. Would work for ladies wearing sizes medium, large and extra large.
