T-Shirt Outer Layer With Opening in the Front to the Neck with Bows

Outer Layer T-Shirt to be worn with your Tank Top. This T-Shirt acts like a cover-up, a second layer. This Red T-Shirt Outer Layer is made of 100% Polyester. The split front edges are laced with 3/8" Red Velvet Polyester Ribbon. There are bows made of the same ribbon, with 3/4" faux pearl/rhinestone buttons applied to their centers. All modifications to this T-Shirt were done by hand. The T-Shirt is a size XL, but the design is meant to be oversized. Would work for ladies wearing sizes medium, large, and extra large.
